Default Anyone else having trouble downloading from Gamersgate?

Since Sunday morning I've kept getting the following error:

As usual, Gamersgate is blaming it on my PC, despite me doing everything to stop a something on my PC breaking it.

    Rofl.

I've been struggling with these fools for two weeks, trying to get them to check their server for issues, but they kept insisting there was nothing wrong with their servers.

Then about an hour ago I totally blew my lid. As in, I went into Rage mode.

Then suddenly they jumped to help me properly. Then another person came and said he too was getting the same issue and lives in Cape Town. Less than an hour later the issue is fixed. Even the one that prevented me from downloading Towns for the last two weeks.

I'm angry and glad at the same time. Angry because they didn't want to listen to me for two weeks, and ended up doing a simple fix within minutes when I got angry. Glad because I can finally play the games I bought.

glad it's now sorted, but yes it's always pain to deal with reactive rather than proactive.

Lol, no, it was more like

It's just sad that this is some of the better tech support I've received from a company yet. Which should say quit a lot about tech support in general.

Also, it was the last time I'm so laid back towards tech support. I know the job sucks, and it's frustrating as hell, but wow.

Something to do with a connection filter, from the sounds of it. Not quite sure.
