but keep in mind there are plenty of money hungry debt collecting agencies who will be doing the collections onbehalf of the state or they will most likly be buying governments "debtors book" and will be collecting on it. i dont know if any of you heard of the old Health and Racquet club that went bust? there were quite a few companies that bought their debtors books when they were liquidated and have been collecting on that debt. these types of firms then bombard you with letter upon letter and sms' as well as phone calls to your work place. so as hint of warning just watch your consumer profiles, as these companies are experts at getting judgment against you without you knowing about it.
