Not sure how scoring worked, but since when has winning by forfeit not given you maximum points? Either way really terrible way to get knocked out, that Russian team should be banned from all future competitions.

Yes no idea why they cant be allocated maximum points for the round win for a forfeit (i there is some bonus points that apply, they should have been given that too); some gap in the points system, fail... Bad luck, crappy way to not qualify
