For vehicles, there will be a drop off zone, and also a parking bay (With a gate). We will have a car guard for the vehicles, as well as a security guard to manage the rest.
As for items, because we have a static venue, we were thinking of having larger tables for each person, with a large lockable space incorporated into it, or even lockers for the members
