No idea, presumably when they've ironed out all the bugs i 'pose
haven't seen any myself but the dota players tell me it's very unbalanced so I assume that's what they'll be focusing on now with the public beta is actually taking suggestions and comments about the gameplay itself. The engine itself and the game look to be 100s, given that it's only a beta I must say I'm very impressed that the game hasn't crashed or done anything funky at all
Anyone heard something new about the local server or has that idea been canned?
