returning purchased games

So if I buy a book at exclus1ves read it, don't like it and return it they should give me my money back?

Or how about this, I go to the movies with my girlfriend, sit through the whole thing and hate every second of it. go home tell her I enjoyed it. go back next day and ask for my money back?

If its a game without a online cd key it should be easy to return to places, but can see their view if someone copies a disc and uses online code and then returns it to get their money back.
