A little birdy just told me that the PS3 120GB (and apparently also the slim) will be R3799.95 and PS3 250GB will be R 4499.95.

Also the Xbox 360 pro console is now discontinued and there will only be the arcade and the elite. The elite will be available early Sept at about R3499.95. A super elite with a 250GB HDD will follow somewhere in Oct that will retail at about R4699.95.

Our prices fall inline with the UK ones and thus 80GB dropped 20%, retails at R4199.00 with 2 games

Its us and the UK/EU that's getting shafted.
Its only cheap in the US and that is the region Sony needs to grow their install base.

what does that mean for the price cut on the games???? becoz if they are willing to drop the console pricing do you think they are going to drop the games to a decent pricing system???
