Well I think that's the best news we could expect! I'd have screamed bloody murder if they actually changed it or made a modern sequel like something similar to Syndicate.

Probably better that way. Yet to play a CRPG that was an actual successor to anything in the BG/Diablo2/Torment era.

At least it is not BG the FPS.

I have both BG's and their expansions, with a patch to play in HD resolution. None of this matters because I will buy the Enhanced Edish.

Only problem I see is that it's only going to be available through Beamdog. I've never used the service so can't really say how good it is, I just think it might be artificially limiting potential players.
