    50Gb for R399 now there is some serious value. Considering I have uncapped for around R499 but don't seem to use more than 50Gb a month, this is definitely worth considering, and the plus is there "should" be less throttling on capped accounts.

    Yeah no, still getting the same mount if gigs at the end of the day. That split of peak to off peak was the reason I stopped using WA, so its definitely a step in the right direction. Whether its as 'massive' as reported I'm not so sure.

    Have to agree, the peak /off-peak split was seriously an odd choice since no other ISP was trying to force people into those buckets.

    This at least goes back to the norm and will allow Joe Soap to use his data the way he wants to instead of being forced to do nothing during the day and only really use the account during off-peak time slots. Now we just need to hear how these home connect users are enjoying the connection and if it is still badly shaped.

    When the bandwidth prices dropped, WA's prices didn't really compare that well... which is why I then settled on Afrihost. I think the reason their prices remained high, and I might be wrong here, is because they remained on the SAIX network rather than going over to IS. SAIX as far as I know, is a bit more stable than IS and perhaps a bit faster.

    No guts, no glory, no brain, same story.

    Yup, not bad at all. I consider myself a pretty heavy user, and 50GB is just about perfect for me each month.

    50GB = "a pretty heavy user?"

    You are far too modest.
