Yep, it is depressing, I put in R400 yesterday and got about 34 litres

With town driving I put in R600 and go 550km if I'm lucky. The open road is another story
What SASOL failed to explain is how much it costs them to produce a litre of fuel with their CTL (coal to liquid) process. The whole point of this process was to free Apartheid SA from a rising oil price. I believe that they are only allowed to produce 25% of their fuel from coal. If that is still so, the 25% limit should be removed, and Sasol should be forced to sell its fuel at a lower margin.
