But in all honesty, BT need to watch out... all it takes it to anger the wrong supplier or something and deep nonsense shall follow... then all that publicity goes down the tubes.

I smell major backlash coming. That is an utterly idiotic approach to take, especially for a dedicated retailer like BT. How can you create an opportunity for your clients if you don't know how much stock of the title you will get, when it/if it ever gets release. If all of us go now and order copies of NFS:HP2 in the thousands and they end up only getting enough stock to honour half of the pre-oders what will decide who gets a copy and who doesn't and how will those who pre-ordered but gets left out react?

Isn't there some sort of non-disclosure agreement that BT Games has to adhere to? Surely they can't put out a way to pre-order completely unannounced games?
