I played the Demo on XBL last night. The combat felt a bit all over the place, with none of it really explained and most fights turned into Cluster fucks with me and the 3 pawns slashing, bashing and spellcasting a single goblin from about 5 different directions. There is some depth to the combat through with both the bumper buttons adding different flavours to the heavy/lights attacks. What exactly you need to push to co-operate with a pawn when they shout something like "attack it now" also needs to be more clearly defined. Once I managed a massive co-op attack but had no idea what triggered it.
I also found that launching the demo rendered my 30 minutes of Character design & 10 minutes of Pawn design pointless as the demo seems to only have a single playable class, a warrior.
Over all I found the demo a little lacking,it gave a little in terms of ideas of what to expect, it was also too short. That said the game definitely has ALOT of potential and has been on my watch list for a while. Whether it will land up being a day one purchase remains to be seen, especially so close behind The Witcher 2 & Diablo 3.
