Hey guys thanks for your input.to those who think I should remove this. I don't think I will as I want people to post cause when I am done I want to show my boss this forum and show him what people commented and suggested and maybe he needs to hear it from people outside the company. I have tried to organize a staff meeting doesn't happen. When we do have one he speaks about everything but the issue's on hand. Now I give up.

you dont even know my boss and realized that there are issues that need to be sorted in order for this business to run properly ,Luckily it isn't easy to decipher
@Toni - Arrange a staff meeting to discuss things, as it stands there are way too many issues that need attention not to do it.
I really don't know the full story so I can't comment on him in general, but if he's totally sidestepping the issues - then he (a) doesn't know how to solve them, (b) doesn't want to solve them or (c) doesn't really care.
Unfortunately no amount of forum comments is going to change that fact.
Still how he went from photocopiers to clothes .... I don't know.
