Blizz made an official announcement a while back that the MMO would be a brand new IP, not one of their existing franchises. So, it won't be Diablo or Starcraft.
I suspect that it may come out when WoW's player base starts to fall away as it age really starts to catch up with it (2012-2015?), then they come out with the next big Blizzard MMO.
