Default Do you remember good old leisure suit larry land lounge lizards?

Man this game brings back so many childhood memories. I remember sitting behind my 386 and at the begging before you could even get into the game you had to answer like 5 or 10 questions to prove that you were old enough to play the game due to its explicit content Some of the questions were pretty hard if you were young at that time so I used to get my cousin to help me answer them After awhile the same questions would come up so I used to write the answers down for next time

My best part was going to the store, picking up some booze, flowers and some condoms, going back to Lefty's, getting the ring from the hobo in the hallway in exchange for some booze and then heading into the prostitutes apartment and making the pimp happy by putting his TV on the right channel. The best part though is when you presented the prostitute with the ring and some chocolates from the store and you were kindly repaid in sex On numerous occasions I would forget the condom and about 5 minutes after doing the deed you died and had to restart the whole game.

I never actually managed to finish the entire game, but I am going to see if its floating around the net, I want to play it again.

Gawd I was always bribing my sister to help me with the awnsers until we had our crib sheet :P Between this and the Sierra games - the full Police Quest, Kings Quest, Space Quest and Quest for glory - the hours we spent playing this. And the fights that happend because of this

Two younger brothers and I had a strict schedule for playing. Plus I always had a fit and threw them out of the room because they constantly where "helping" me - aka let me die a lot! But the ironic thing is the one brother and I still game together and now we dont fight over who's turn it is, just about who is winning :P

I wasn't too much into this game but I remember my friend had it. I think we might have been about 8 or 9 back then. He had all the answers on printed out pages. I think his moms friend (his mom was a gamer as well) who they got the game from gave the pages at the same time as the game, saying oh you will need these lol

And Wyvern and her double posting tsk tsk... Thats not the way to get the Tablet thing lol
// and now the double post is gone...

    Haha epic!

Its probably my fondest memories of gaming in those days and PC's in general. I can still hear the tune in my head.

lol, I remember my old man used to just roll his eyes when I asked to play it. My mom was dead against me playing so I used to jam it while she was at work.

Yar I must admit I'm surprised noone mentioned games like Alley Cat or Digger or or or or ..... The list is long. But then again I suspect most of them never heard of most of the games :P I actually got Commander Keen via steam recently - just for nostalgia, I died, a lot! We are not used to that type of gaming any more hey. I also own the Kings Quest and Space Quest series on dvd, now I am still looking for Police Quest and Quest for Glory :P I loved replaying the other two series about a year or so ago Strangely enough even tho the graphics and so forth is dated, they where still loads of fun

I remember on LSL 5, the number of questions you got right determined
the "raunchyness" level you got to play the game at.
