How can you possibly tell with the small amounts of gameplay we've seen? It definitely looks like Borderlands but gameplay changes, tweaks and redesigns are still mostly speculation. Borderlands 1 was a fun game, it just lacked the narrative to keep me occupied for multiple play throughs.
