If blizz was hacked and customer detail's Stolen they are legally required to report it, This has not happened so clearly it's not their end. Indeed they have even said the number of acc's compromised is within the usual numbers for the number of folks playing.

I saw Diablo 3 being sold for R550 in the shops, yet I bought it for R448 from ZAPS. I'm certain its our local retailers/importers setting the prices.They charged a premium for the most anticipated game of the decade and it is completely fucked now when people are starting to ask for a refund, they get told its not part of their policy to give refunds??? xD
How is it possible that in the States they are selling Skyrim for $59.99 (which is the same price as D3), yet here the prices have been dropped to R350?
