Online Shooter similar to Unreal Tournament
I just noticed a new game called Tribes Ascend on Steam. Looks like the old Unreal Tournament games, but with newer graphics. Plus it is free. All the free-to-play games I've checked out so far have been this MMO nonsense which doesn't really appeal to me.
Anybody know about this game? Is it like UT (matches like Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, etc. with a limited number of players per match) or is it just another MMO where everybody runs around like crazy people?
No guts, no glory, no brain, same story.
As far as I know, we don't have any servers here for Tribes: Ascend.

It's very different from Unreal Tournament and is it nothing like an MMO. It's a Tribes game, so the main mode is capture the flag with base building and class based combat with vehicles.
Plenty of info about the game on the net.
Its reall good, fresh engaging gameplay and epic twist here and there i reccomend and best of all its free
