Tiger Woods Golf. You can play it multiplayer and single player. Yes, I know this sounds majorly boring....

My all-time favourite game has got to be Rome: Total War. Nothing beats this game, it's replayability (sp?), it's modding community.
In recent times though, I think it has to be The Witcher 2. The story, the graphics, the world, it was all simply brilliant.
