unless you are getting 2 dual gpu cards you more than likely wont need 1000w.rather get better quality 800w-900w.you might be able to find a reader/dvdwriter combo and save yourself some money.
u can get bluetooth on a usb.that should save you a PCI slot if you do decide to get it down the line.

16gb ram..ive never ahd an issue with 4gb.a mate said 4gb was being maxed out cos he had internet windows open and music playing etc.so he went to 8gb...so 8gb is more than enough
ssd.always fun.but expensive and doesnt give you gaming performance..just general load times of applications.
id say budget around R2500-R3000 for a GPU.this is the most important for games
