Yeah, quite a few people on the forums were complaining that they were waiting for it to go on a daily or flash deal, but then bought it for 50% off last minute during the sale when it was clear it wasn't going to go on further special.
But eh, that's life. I almost bought it myself, but luckily I had run out of funds by then.
