    Default 0xc00007b application error

After a resent upgrade of hardware I started getting this error when ever launching a game the game would seem to launch then just to close again. (steam)

Games not dependent on steam will give me the 0xc00007b error, After googeling like mad, the most suggested is a regcure program that's free to scan but you got to pay for fixing. No registry cleaner works even old ccleaner. Even suggestions of faulty hard drives and a failed windows install.

The thing is its .DLL files that missing and the only fix I found is by downloading dependencywalker and seeing what those missing .DLL files where and downloading them http://www.dll-files.com and putting them in the system32 folder.

From what I can tell, this has to do with 32-bit and 64-bit compatibility.

I found a fairly extensive list of fixes here: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-1...error-fix.html
