Gorgos does not seem to be the most populated server, but it is far from a low pop server situation (will see properly on release I guess. Backup for me is the Perento server). Also I got a feeling over a month or so many people will reroll from servers like Spatalos likely due to many, many factors like overpopulation, community / server problems, zerg-a-thon PvP.
And I agree with your take on the Asmodian's, however their 'badass' image seems to be attracting the vast majority people, which can easily lead to it having the greater bulk of DUUUH!!-Players.
