I enjoyed that. It is one of my fav games of all time. Still play it once every so often.
Also one of my all time faves. I really enjoyed this review. It reminded me how much of an influence HL is, and why, as well as why I've always felt that HL2 was a little bit weaker. The exposition was perfect in both, but as the review noted, in HL1 Freeman was whatever you made him. In HL2 the character of Freeman felt forced to me, and I realised that it might well be because the way I played him in HL made him a completely different character as in HL2.Originally Posted by Tsar

Ironically enough, this FPS turned out to be a pretty good RPG in that sense.
