Team Fortress 2 Co-op: Mann vs Machine

I tried to get into a game last night but after an hour of spectator various games I got no closer to playing. I see Mweb has a couple of games up but the 32 slots makes no sense since I think it's only 6 that can play. They need more smaller 6 player games hosted.
Another frustration was that a few of the servers were being used by foreign players (Dunno why they'd want to play with 400 ping!), I wonder if an foreign ip's can be blocked, or at least a ping restriction set so that SA gamers can actually use their own servers. I'll try again today, hopefully with more luck this time.

Played around 2hrs last night, was an absolute blast, totally awesome game mode.

Don't think I tried that server, only saw foreigners on the servers I tried

Yeah when I first joined there were 1 or 2 with 250+ pings but they slowly left. I think with the official servers having massive wait times okes are just jumping in where ever they can.

Completed all the maps on easy mode last night. There are 3 modes easy, Advanced and Advanced 2. Basically these are the different mission you get when you choose if from Mann UP. To play them on a server like mweb or hosted by local guys press escape once click on the "tick" button and last option is a mission change. Select the one you want from the list.

Tried playing on Advanced 2 and its far more difficult. One stage had 100+ huntsmans, the other a freaking giant soldier that fired rockets at a insane rate. Decoy is the hardest map.

You guys might also want to look at hosting your own games. I did last night and it was relatively lag free and did not crash like some of the other ISP servers :P

Nope we played on the mweb server on decoy. My server is a bit more laggy
