I usually get pain in the back of my neck,i play BF3 allot and like to just stretch and lay on my bed while waiting for the next match to load.

Had a spasm in my shoulder -but thats because of bad posture, and my wrist hurts after straining it for too long.
I tried wrist strengthening exercises and they really help, wrist starts hurting less and can take more punishment. Exercise is important!
