Nintendo working on a Pokemon MMO for Wii U + 3DS?

With the launch of the MMO Dragon Quest X on the Wii in Japan I can't help but think Nintendo is in cohoots with Square for developing a possible Pokemon MMO and that Dragon Quest X was just a prototype or opportunity to gauge the fan reception and to make its feet wet in the MMO space.
A possible pokemon MMO for Wii U would not only be frickin awesome, it would also be the realisation of the full potential of Pokemon can become! Sony and MS would be unable to compete with the awesomeness of it causing Nintendo to possibly win the next generations "console war".
The Pokemon premise fits perfectly for an MMO! I'm sure you guys have wondered about it while playing Pokemon on the handhelds as it just a natural step in it's evoltion.
A pokemon MMO would result in HUGE profits for Nintendo as there are already petitions out for it's development.
Nintendo should stop being overly casual-family orientated and really prove to the hardcore gamer crowd that they want to win us back with the Wii U and make a Pokemom MMO.

A Pokemon MMO would be awesome, I think it's perfectly suited for online play. Will be funny looking at a million people with pikachu though...

I meant an official Nintendo MMO. I'm quite aware of the fan made browser/gba pokemon MMO's. Do you guys think the pokedex 3D app on the 3DS is the database of character models Nintendo will use to make at least a 3D pokemon?
