PS Plus has really improved
I kept it up for the cloud sync of my saved games but in addition to this - the amount of games they are giving away for free is awesome. Dead Space 2, Infamous 2, Just Cause 2 were all free this month! Full games...
What do you guys think? My only qualm is the amount of cloud storage available...

It does sound like it's getting better. I can't really justify paying for two premium services though since I already pay for xbl. Do you still have access to the free games for as long as you're still subscribed to ps+ or do they expire?
As long as you download them in the month they're free - then you have access to them for the entire period of your subscription to PS Plus. You will lose access to them if you cancel PS Plus, but if you sign up again at a later stage you can get all the old games back.
I swapped my hard drive for a 500GB one so I just download all of the free games each month to play at a later stage. For only R600 per year I think its great value.
Al also love the PSN+ at the moment. At R480 a year, its a bargain. Not to mention the fact that most games gets discounted as well if you are a PSN+ subscriber.Originally Posted by Mungo

I play skyrim and keep a LOT of saved games so that 125 Mb didn't last long... but If they're upgrading to 1GB then thats good news...

If you "purchase" a free game in the month it's on promotion, then delete it to save space, can you re-download it again at a later stage when it's out of promo, assuming you still have a psn+ sub?
Yes, you keep the content or access to it as long as your sub is active (for the free ones anyway.) for any content you actually purchase, its yours to keep, even if you do cancel you sub.
Yeah PSN+ has just been getting better and better over the last few months.
