Connection speed != to uber l337 gaming.

Other factors such as ping, jitter and more importantly packet loss determines whether you will have a good "City" for gaming.

Edit: I know the article mentions that the index includes other metrics but show them not just SPEED!

There doesn't seem to be that much of a difference between them all. I dunno about the rest of you but my line fluctuates all the time, there's always at least a megabit of play going on.
