Oh, really? Well, I play tons of violent games and right now I'm crapping my pants because in less than an hour I'm going to the dentist to have a tooth fixed and the thought of the injection is scaring me out of my mind.

Yeah, but that's the thought of pain, the pain hasn't been applied yet.

    Ah! Another "study"!
In my experience is BS - I play violent games and I hardly welcome or embrace pain.
Even after an hour of Diablo III my back and arms start hurting and I feel sad.

Arguing Gamers handle emotional pain better than non-gamers? O.o All you have to do is have a look through this or any other gaming related forum to see that is most definitely NOT the case.

I've been having this terrible neck-pain since yesterday, I can assure you- there's nothing about it that I embrace or handle better than others. I have sworn a lot today. And that's everytime someone calls me or I have to look around.
