Maybe they can do some sort of Duke Nukem reinvention; not just a mere reboot. Basically a new character entirely, with just the vestiges of the old Duke. A game driven by story and proper character development, rather than a string of ill-conceived toilet-humour. Perhaps the story can be something far more grim, along the line of Ridley Scott's Aliens, and less like a Saturday morning cartoon.

They should realise that his original audience has grown up a hell of a lot, so they need to appeal to a more adult market - but somehow create something the younger gamers can get behind.

I don't know what kind of Duke that would be though :P

Haha, perhaps I should have been clearer. I don't mean younger as in the tween market, but those who are like, 18- early 20's who probably missed the impact Duke 3D made on the gaming world. To them, the existing character is meaningless.
