Does anyone know how much unshaped internet helps with international delay? I know the speed is a physical limitation but would you be able to get under 100ms ping connecting to a European server?

It won't. The only thing it will help with is if you are sharing the line with somebody else, otherwise no.

whatever you choose go with the double thick shake option. All the best ISP's keep the good stuff in the back, you just have to know what to ask for
