Yeah, he gave me the exact same neg-rep after I gave him one telling him to calm down.
It essentially means you likely won't be able to host your own servers and will have to either play with each other P2P or play on whatever dedicated servers are available to you. Can't say for sure until more info is released.

If that's eventually the case when it gets released, I wonder how it'll affect it's adoption in the competitive scene (Clannies specifically), considering that clans usually rent servers (if I'm not mistaken).
It seems like you will still be able to play Peer-2-Peer, so I'm guessing any competitive play will have to be done through that.
Anybody asked a local ISP yet if they will be hosting the Activision servers in SA?
