How thoughtful of them
I'm suprised the testing didn't show high ping because I have allot of friends that complained about their unshaped latency and eventually moved to mweb
I think it`s great. Maybe they`re trying to redeem themselves.
We will only know afterwards of they sucked or performed well
ps. As a side note, I would still like to know what the maximum players could
be on the different line speeds using say BF3/GW2 as examples on:
1Mb/4Mb/10Mb lines (10-15 players, the cheaper the better but still perform well)
Did they take a flying guess to use 30x10Mb connections for 2500+ players or
is there some logical reasoning behind it![]()

Honestly thought there'd be a bit more than 300Mbps. Isn't Telkom bringing in it's own internet to the expo already?
Good to know, online authentication was a pain at past rAges.
As I am competing in DGC, which is apart from the NAG LAN, I won't get to enjoy this bandwidth, but the DGC also has its own fibre lines for authentication of BF3, MW3 and SC2 I believe.
What I want to know though is how they are going to regulate people from downloading the sh!t out of the interwebs? Proxies etc?
They will just whitelist ports used by games
