Out of the 3 F2P MOBA titles, LoL is most likely the most popular due to 2 factors: peasants with coal powered PC's can play it and it is noob friendly (no gold loss when killed).
HoN is ripoff of DotA and Dota2 still needs to get out of beta (with some SA servers, the lag is too insane to consider it playable right now).
