Sorry for the thread necro, but I was looking for a good place to post this, and this looks like the thread for it.

I won some Gunnar's in the comp the other day, and I've got to say, they are awesome!

I haven't had a chance to do much gaming with them, but I've been using them at work for the last couple of days, and I just came back to my desk from the kitchen without them on, and I looked at my screen and realized just how much difference they actually make.

I don't normally wear glasses, but I'm now wondering if I should be because with these things on, reading off a screen just feels so much easier on my eyes, and as soon as I take them off, I'm struck by how harsh the screen feels on my eyes. I don't feel the need to squint or strain my eyes when reading pages of code anymore. And yesterday at the end of the day I actually felt that my eyes were less tired. It may be psychological to some extent, but they really do seem to help.

It does feel quite weird at first though, and I still need to get used to the yellow tint of everything.

    Anyway, that's my 2c worth

lol, I don't mean I should wear two pairs of glasses, I'm just thinking that if these ones make such a difference, perhaps I should have been wearing glasses by now. I think that people who want to use gunnars, but need prescription glasses would rather need to wear contacts.

I would want attachable lenses. Though, I'll look like a complete nerd with 4 lens in front of my eyes
