Dude I have a 10 000 Kelvin rating white light in my fish tank next to my pc - I have learnt to turn the lights off when I game - the light makes my eye sore and gives me a headache!
Yeah, that is bright... Anyway, the case is usually out of sight. It's only in view for the pic.
