Ok then, I guess its ok :P I have no choice tho - need that light for plant growth :P So my tank lights are on from 8am till noon and then from 5 till 8pm when I start gaming.

Dude I have a 10 000 Kelvin rating white light in my fish tank next to my pc - I have learnt to turn the lights off when I game - the light makes my eye sore and gives me a headache!

Wonder if these also protect against normal lights.
