As a massive battlefield fan boy, I have to admit that cod blops 2 impresses me.
For pure mp, i would still probably go play bf3 99% of thr time, but so far the sp in blops2 is far more of a 'ride' than bf3, zombie mode is a cool extra value feature and the mp is fast and brutal. No complaints other than my 32 year old reflexes are showing
And let us be honest, if we wanted ' realistic' we would be playing arma2 every night.
hahahaha there will always be a war between BF3 players and COD players.
I think think both games bring something different to the gamers. I really enjoy playing both games it just depends on what my mood is at the time.

It doesn't even look like people are complaining about the series, looks more like their upset since they brought out a sequel / another game under a popular brand.
Its a series that's very popular, of course their gonna create another game.
Now based on the above comments about bringing out another copy paste game, I expect the same harsh harassment for BF4 from the same users.

I've played Cod4 since 2007, online, occasionally competitivley. It is the best FPS online out there, close behind is BF3.
The call of duties since cod4 have been average online, i've played WAW - Mw3. I started playing BF3 in the begining and hated it. Now it's a game I always play. Are you telling me that BLOPS 2 online, will drastically change my opinion on call of duty online in its current state?
You can't really compare Cod and BF,one is centered around small maps and infantry play while the other is centered around small,medium and large maps with both infantry and vehicle play.
I still rate BF3 better then Cod4 and MW3 based on enjoyment and longevity but that's just my personal opinion.

Except CoD isn't a piece of shit. It's a pretty good game which caters to gamers looking for a certain playstyle.
Maybe if you got that stick out of your ass and looked past all your internet rage kiddie bullshit you'd realise that, accept that CoD isn't your type of game, and then move on with your life without feeling the need to insult people because their taste doesn't align with yours.
Or, you know, you can continue to be 'edgy', doing things like slagging off games you haven't even played yet in a typical circle-jerk fashion.
