Awesome music blog?

So I'm throwing the idea around of starting a music / music video blog. The blog will pretty much feature awesome new banging music most of you have never hear on the radio and awesome music videos that don't really play on TVs here.

Genres covered by the blog will be mosty dubstep, electro, house, trap, hip-hop and dance music you wouldn't normally hear. Free tracks and mixes (from LEGAL sources) would be priority. The musical focus of the site is essentially "dancey" music - shit that will get you moving. (Sorry rockers and metal heads - but I will do my best)

The music videos would be mostly current, visually stimulating and catchy videos - shit people actually want to watch, not that MTV kak.

I have a lot of music knowledge I would like to expose people to.

Just throwing it out there...what say you guys? Do I have your support and / or blessings? Would you guys be interested in this sort of thing?

Go for it. You'll face some hectic competition though.

Also, a key element for credibility is that you need to "report" on live events - preferably grassroots type stuff. Lots of people can just link to random youtubes.

Also, reduce the genres - its too broad. Pick one and cover that properly.
