Don't think you can, but if they win there is an option to choose another winner. You have to give a good reason why you're doing it though.

Im going to work on the principle, anyone can enter my comps even if you won another comp before, since our grouping is so small, I will redraw the winner if you did win 2 times in a row from me.

Does somebody have admin rights on the MyGaming group? We could just kick those people from the group thereby removing their entries?
