Please note this excludes South Africa. South Africans may not even have the most basic of apps like Skype (At least the last time I checked) (if this changed please post so here).

South Africans must pay more for their XBox Live Gold service and have less functionality because third world countries suck and it's a lot of bother to make things available for them. In fact we don't like Africa at all, we think it's too hot and wild.

Eh or something along those lines. It's actually not bad but I would have loved some of the things that the US customers get.

What exactly is the hassle or hold-up that we cannot get these services?

My Xbox experience so far is that we get these services later anyway so why not just include us as part of the initial launch? In fact, we have more international bandwidth than what we have local; better positioning to take part in such offers.
