Council: "Commander. Is this some kind of game? Are you calling in a report just so you can cut us off again?"
Shepard: "You know it" disconnect
Joker: "That never gets old, does it?"
Then I'm pretty sure there must be something in the two Batman games because I remember laughing a lot at the stuff the Joker said. Will see when I replay the game.
