Wink So, You want to watch NETFLIX USA? Here's how to do it

    So process as follows:

    • Use a VPN Provider (I use FOXYVPN) sign in on your notebook or PC.
    • If you are going to watch NETFLIX on your XBOX, make sure you have an active Xbox Live subscription.
    • Logon to Netflix and use your SA credit card as payment method, might need to enter a USA address when registering on Netflix.
    • Configure your DNS server on your Router with this Primary DNS server 54.247.108.9. This is a service called UnoDNS. It is the Ireland host and it will route traffic as if you are in the US making Netflix work. This is a public beta for UnoDNS and currently free, charge will be $4.99 a month going forward once they close the public beta, still making it worthwhile using this method. (Website is http://www.unotelly.com)
    • Now setup Netflix on your XBox or PC or Tablet with the account created and enjoy the latest series’s streamed to your TV or PC or Tablet. 1Mb line more or less to stream SD and about 2.25 Mb to stream HD and works on my 4 MB home line.
    • Sometimes when things slow down and Netflix starts to stream the ADSL router needs to be restarted which is usually once a day at most.

    Happy NETFLIX Viewing

Is there a service as good as netflix, that South Africans can pay and use, without making use of a VPN? (Excluding DSTV and TopTV)?
    (Dell XPS L502X) Intel Core i7 2630QM | 6GB DDR3 1333MHz | Nvidia GT 525M 1GB DDR3 | Intel HD Graphics 3000 | 15.6" WLED HD Display | 500GB 7200RPM HDD

Nope. Naspers has too much control in SA to let other people in.

And how is the DSTV offering? Any good or is it a total waste like I suspect?

Total waste, it's SD and it only has the previous week's episodes.
