Well, duh. Just a pity their campaign says the exact opposite thing. There are many things which can contribute to all this, such as movies, books, poor education, etc.“We’re not saying the use of video games causes people to become murderers, but there’s evidence that it causes increases in aggressiveness, fear, anxiety and desensitization about actions of violence,” said director of community services Susan Saucier.
Why then focus on only one of them?

Indeed. It's also an easier thing to target than parents not educating their children properly.
I don't see how collecting and destroying violent games, CD's, DVD's will reduce violence in the community. They should be looking at their gun laws.
