“If women don’t join this industry because they believe sexism will limit them, they’re missing out”
My issue with this is that they're not actually saying what they're doing to address the issue. EA is all talk, but come E3 they're going to have clueless boothbabes advertising their products while the female developers stand in the shadows.
One possible solution would be to offer full bursaries to prospective students to try and fill these quotas/gaps.
