Aliens: Colonial Marines
For those of you who haven't pre-ordered yet, the cheapest place to order is currently GetGamesGo. It's 23% off, then they have a coupon (LV-426) which discounts it even further. Grand total is something like $30.49, which is around R270.
I don't know how long the coupon is still going to work, but it worked this morning.

I'm super psyched, watching the making of with Randy Pitchford really got me psyched. The fact that they managed to sit with Ridley Scott and look at the concept art and stuff will be a huge bonus.

I'm very very weary of this game. I want to be excited, but what I'm seeing so far is not instilling any confidence. I will wait for reviews before making a move.
Well, it's Gearbox. Aside from DN:F, Gearbox games are generally above average.
If this were an EA published game I would refuse to tough it, though.

Some of the gameplay footage I have seen seems a bit iffy, and I read a couple of reviews where the guys testing it complained alot about the controls and the general feel of the game.
Granted this was a while back, and was probably an early review / alpha build.
But I have faith in Gearbox

I'll wait and see. My skeptisism-o-meter is on high for this game, just got this feeling that this is going to be an average game.
Also not going to take the plunge until I read a few reviews...
I'm to kak scared to play this! Could never play any of the earlier AvPs with the marine, just freaked out!
