DD can be difficult at times, but Dark Arisen includes an easy mode as well as a hard mode if you're feeling particularly brave. Coolest thing about it is the combat and different vocations (classes) and also the fact that the game does not hold your hand at all. I'm actually planning to play it again after finishing Dark Souls 2.
Oh man, I too wanna get back into Dragon Dogma, though it's dated it's still a fun game. The way they designed their pawn system and how you can bring in your friends as pawns, so unique and clever imo. Really wanna get into this, but after Dark Souls 2 i'll probably burn through NG+ along with going back to Dark Souls 1.
Yeah the pawn system is damn awesome, especially if you have friends with high level pawns. I wanna do NG+ in DS2 as well but I think I'll do DD first (never played Dark Arisen) and then get the PC version of DS2 to try a new build and then I'll see from there which NG+ I'll do.
