Oscar Pistorius held for murder
A 26-year-old man, reportedly Paralympian Oscar Pistorius, has been arrested for allegedly shooting a woman dead in a house in Silverlakes, Pretoria, Gauteng police said on Thursday.
"Paramedics declared the woman dead on the scene and police proceeded with their investigation. The woman sustained wounds to her head and the upper body," spokeswoman Lt-Col Katlego Mogale said.
Mogale would not confirm an earlier news report that Pistorius was the shooter.
Earlier reports suggested that he thought that she was an intruder. If this is the case, I feel quite sorry for the guy (and obviously his girlfriend, who lost her life)
Whatever the story, his life and career are over. It's quite a hard fall from grace.

no that was with his ex-girlfriend. this is the new girlfriend which he started dating in Nov/Dec that got shot
