Paralympian Oscar Pistorius started crying in court on Tuesday as his lawyer denied that the alleged murder of his model girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp was premeditated.

"We submit it's not even murder," advocate Barry Roux told the Pretoria Magistrate's Court.

"There's no agreement there, not even concession that this is murder."

Seriously, you're becoming more annoying than the news stories. James is just doing his job, the news stories are written for and at myBB and propagates here. If you really have a gripe, go take it up here, where we had the discussion regarding the news stories.

It should be blatantly clear by now that James is not reading or not responding to the comments on the news stories, so do yourself a favour and use the appropriate channel that is actually monitored.
